For older people who like to have a long chat, face to face. No online payment options. The travel deals are pretty good sometimes though, so I will always keep it open as an option. Didn't have to wait long, but saw someone come in after us who had to wait the entire time we were speaking to the representative, if that were us I would not have been happy.
