Not much choice of whiteware in this branch. Would be great to have a wider variety especially since the appliance shed went bust. Was a bit disappointed. Rest is nice and great range of sales too

I was genuinely surprised at the helpfulness of the team when I recently shopped for new clothes here. Also, the variety to choose from was great! I walked away with everything I walked in for! Well done, team!

Very disappointed with the Store Manager. Poor customer service, would not take responsibility for a faulty product. Long story short, I was made to wait over an hour to get a refund that I was entitled to due to the manufacturers warranty. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of acknowledgement surrounding the issue (which was a safety issue!)- she just would not listen, kept trying to cover up the problem. I will not be shopping there from now on. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Good range of cosmetics / clothes etc ( which are usually very expensive) sales are the go ! There’s a woman there on fragrance who is never friendly - older lady I felt like I was asking too much when I said hello and asked a question! She’s been there for ages and everyone I know says the same thing when they go there !
