Excellent service They explained what had to be done in terminology I understood. Follow up service spot on. Will let you know how I get on when the repair is done next week as the windscreen has to be ordered in from overseas as there are many of the model car I have around in NZ.

Replacing a windshield couldn't be easier. Always get excellent service and results. Car is finished on time and never have any hassles. The only glass team I take my cars to. Thanks

Unfortunately had to replace windscreen on my car. It’s hard to call the job that was done as professional. 1.\tWindscreen wasn’t aligned properly. A gap between glass and right pillar noticeably bigger than between glass and left pillar. 2.\tLooks like too much silicone was used on one corner of the windscreen. Now this corner sticks out a little, not much but was noticeable straight away. 3.\tCouple small scratches on left pillar 4.\tNoticed some rattling on the way home after picking up my car. It appears some broken clips where left under the pillars trim on both sides. 5.\tCar has a rain sensor. It looks like they did not clean the sensor before installing new glass. Now there is some visible dust on sensor under the glass and the sensor itself was not attached properly. There were some other issues but these are most noticeable ones. I’m not saying the windscreen will fall off however there is nothing professional in this particular job. Customer service was mediocre at best. The only good stuff they did vacuum carpet inside.

Failed to fix the chip, which later cracked and had to replace the whole thing. Then they didn't replace like for like and now have an ugly blue bar on the top of my windshield. Service tech didn't know what he was talking about. Insisted the crack was fine despite it clearly having grown. Next time I'm going to Novus

Takes quite a while for them to get the job done. But you'll be entertained by the reoccurring question: Hey you're wipers, you want them replaced? Thinking of starting a challenge here, how often do they ask you to replace the wipers? My current Highscore is 2 times in one visit
