Little Bird

A good place for costumes, party supplies, arts and crafts. Some bootleg toys too. If you have a large stroller, you won't be able to fit it down all the aisles. Staff are friendly, and informative. They have lots of sales. It is relatively cheap. Similar to 2 shops. Plenty parking, especially underground. Recommend to all.

I went to buy a green tutu today. They didn’t put up the price on them. The boy at the till charged me 5 for it and didn’t print a receipt for it. Looks like they charge us whatever they like. The tutu elsewhere would have costed me 2. But because I was in rush and all other shop was closed so had to buy for 5 without a receipt.

Be really cautious about their price tag when you shop there! Just bought two hats with price changed 3 times! When I walked in the store, I was told all hats are 50% off, then when comes to payment, shop keeper said 20% off! However actually I was charged 20 dollars for two hats without any discount! But the price tag is clearly marked 7 dollars each! Then I brought up this issue to the shop keeper, he said: "we got 7 stores in auckland, we don't want you!! Fxxk off!" I was totally shocked about his over-reacting conduct! Seriously I will now definitely find out where all his 7 stores are and never go to his store again! Anyone still shop there please make sure the price are the true price before buying.... BY the way, I actually got a feeling that all his Indian workers are under pressure which bring up a concern that he might using illegal immigrants with under pay...Kevin
