Awesome this guy knows his stuff
I advised him over the phone of my problem of smoke pouring out of the fan housing in my stove and asked him if in his opinion it was worth his coming out to check it, or should I write it off. He got very angry, accused me of being unprofessional, that he was far too busy for this and put the phone down. I thought he was in service industry. I sure wouldn't want him fronting a business of mine.
