Very poor service! I'd recommend to buy elsewhere. I purchased a side table for 250 freight which arrived with the leg smashed. i wasnt able to check the table at time of delivery but noticed the damage when unpacking a few days later. Mike has refused to provide any refund or replacement for the damage, constantly deferring to their freight company, even though i paid homeabout directly for the freight to be organised. Im left with a broken cabinet i cant use and money gone from my account. Very disappointed and wont be purchasing from these guys again. Rip off.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, very rude, arrogant, and do not abide by NZ law. I would be very careful buying from them and I wouldnt spend my money with them again because if you do and there is something wrong with the product they wont help. We ended up having to take them to court it was so bad and even then they refused to pay the court order!!!!! Should not be allowed to do business in NZ!!!
