Superior customer service. Realistic expectations with consultation on what is important to you. Ask for James Maher he's not just a flashy salesman with for eyes. He's down to earth, actively listens, won't give you the lowest specs just to make the most profit out of your budget and he genuinely knows what he's talking about with every aspect of the build.
