Fantastic Alpacas Tour! We are from Hong Kong, It was our first time to see, feed and touch alpacas with zero distance. Tour Guide Barbara, the host of the farm, explained everything about alpacas to us in cheerful and helpful mind. Enjoyable tour and highly recommended. Tour fee was reasonable too.

Where do I even begin. My husband and I visited Honeyfields Alpaca farm and the experience exceeded our expectations! Barbara and Doug were exceptional hosts. We truly enjoyed our time chatting with them. The accommodation was incredible, we had everything we needed in our cottage and some. The bed was so comfortable (especially the cozy alpaca blanket provided) Our breakfast basket excellent. We loved the idea of customizing exactly what we wanted in the morning, great idea! With the proximity to the airport,this is a perfect place to stay if you are flying in or out of Christchurch! Barbara took the time to walk us through the farm and tell us all about the Alpacas. I was blown away by her knowledge but more importantly, her genuine love for these beautiful animals. It was awesome to see how loved and cared for they are and it meant the world to me to finally interact with them, up close and personal in their natural environment. Barbra and Doug, we cant thank you enough for this truly magical experience! By far the highlight of our trip to NZ. You will be seeing us again some day!!

Got a fantastic tour of the place for a couple of hours. We where on our honeymoon, and this was a nice change of pace. Quiet and lovely place. The cottage was lovely and clean, with a view over one of the alpaca fields. Had a great breakfast which included their own honey. (optional if you dont like honey) Thanks for a wonderful stay. Going to honeyfeilds Alpaca farm was a fantastic experience for the entire family. I went to purchase a couple of fleeces and got a whole lot more. I learned so much about fleeces, micron count and what goes into bring up Alpacas well so their fleeces are high quality. Meeting the Alpacas was a wonderful experience, especially her pet boy Donni who is a friendly cuddly little guy. I highly recommend a trip out to see the Alpacas at Honeyfeild Alpaca Farm. Chris
