I was shopping here today and had a staff member Lynda helping me, she was really great with what I was after. I was however very disappointed in the plus size range that is in store. There is no style or fashion sense for the current climate.

What a pleasant visit. We were shopping for kitchen items. They offer a lot of choice and the discount offer was really good. We managed to find what are looking for and we went home very happy. The shopping environment was well organised and was arranged according to product type and brand of choice. You can easily make comparison in term of quality and prices and make final, informed decision before buying. We had a good time doing our shopping and I believe others would too.
Helpful staff and not to big that you lose the way. Good parking up stairs.

Today went into Farmers Hornby with an elderly lady to get an item which she had got a few weeks ago and wanted to get the same again but had no memory of what the size and look of item she had got. Just new she was happy with it. Had not planned to get the item today. Kelly was there and went online to the ladies account to check what she had bought and managed to get another of the same and made it so much easier for her. The internet was playing up also so was a bit hit and miss with paying by eftpos. She was very calm and so friendly a day caring.Thank you Kelly.
