I am a first-timer so I won't be saying that they always have good services but I had excellent service here today. Asian businesses' customer service is always a hit and miss. I hope they continued to keep up their customer services as it will help them when competing against other restaurants. They provided a friendly, caring, clean, and professional service today. Their food is also really fresh compared to other restaurants that I have been to. I used to drive 40 mins to the city or Dominion Road for the same food. It is nice to find something closer to home. All the best

Good food, friendly service and tasty food! You grab a bowl and put in what you like. Then you take that to counter and order which style you want. Dry pot and Soup pot is good. Start with medium if you like spicy. Experiment with the ingredients and have fun!

Always a good experience here. It can cater from non spicy -\u003e max spicy(not for the faint hearted). Spicy comes from Szechuan peppers. I've been here countless times. Its a good place to stop by for hot pot. Service is has always been good and friendly. You can pick your own choices of meat/veg and it'll be cooked into soup base or dry stir fry. Can recommend for hot pot experience.

Really cool atmosphere and delicious food. Grab a bowl and fill it with the ingredients you require and pay by the weight. Free drink and rice when you spend over 20. Spicy does mean spicy Definitely a must do experience

The customer service is terrible and wait time for food is long. For a take away meal it took roughly 40 minutes

The food was good. However, I saw the waiter packing food for Uber eats order, there was a piece of vege dropped on the floor, he just picked up and put it back into the bowl. Was very concerned about their hygiene.
