Would give 0 stars if I could! ordered subway for my colleagues and I as we normally do once a week online, we asked for it to be ready at 1pm, we arrived at 1.06pm to find a line of over 6 people waiting and the staff were sitting in the back mucking around, my order had also not been made yet, we order 4 subs, 2 paninis and 2 teriyaki chicken subs, the paninis were falling apart (couldn't even pick it up without getting overly dirty, and without filling falling out) and burnt, one of the teriyaki subs was great however the other came with absolutely no meat and no extra bacon as we asked for and again, was burnt so much that it wasnt enjoyable. Furthermore I emailed to complain and the manager rudely replied basically calling me a liar, I have Photo proof of each sub, we spend on average 60 per week there, and I definitely will not be returning.

Service is just average. Stuff is a little grumpy when serving customer despite not Being very busy at the time. Not that that's a good excuse to be grumpy.

Please count this as 0 star, not even 1. I ordered teriyaki chicken sub, and chicken was hard as piece of wood, wth is happening there ? Is that chicken sitting there since Nz lockdown started ?

Dont go here in the evening. They stop preparing new meats at a certain time by some staff. On another occasion a staff member prepared meat that they had run out of and only for a short wait. Poor selection and you have to guess what they can make you instead telling you first whats not available. Wont be back to this store anymore.
