The staff are quick to offer to help you find something and give advice where they're knowledgeable. Huge range of goods. More on the expensive side, but it's the only shop with such a wide range of outdoor activity supplies.

Been here before an had excellent service but today I was absolutely disgusted in it! I got no help an then when I went to the counter I was unimpressed with the service from the women! I found her rather rude an she obviously had no interest in helping me what so ever! She couldn't even be bothered to make a phone call to another store to see if the had the product i wanted! I still hadn't finished shopping but with that kind of service I'd rather go to chch. I ended up walking out. I wont be in a hurry to go back!
