Hawera hospital there is good I thing they need taxi services or some kind services were they have them taken people that not drive they need more then one nurse on the nurse they have on there is very rude Ithing they need to watch what they say how they talk I had to experiences there for both me and my partner and they went very how we were treated they didn't even ask if I was in pain or ask me if I had pain how I was felling they put me in room door close The nurse made up fose information that I did tell ambulance driver my partner was worry about me when he went ask for help from them they shoved me of Come on hawera hospital sort your service out
took 5 hours to treat my burn. sucks
Wait time for appointments is long .but we'll managed by doctors and other staff
I went for a wound check at the hospital on 10th January. The staff, nurses and the doctor were amazing! Their care is 2nd to none and I was so grateful for the thoroughness in which the checked the wound. Thanks you so much!!
I bought my moko here 4 times my grandson after the 3rd visit he had pneumonia that was visit 4 only due to my proactive and no it's not just the flu he only needs to rest plenty of water and plenty of panadol....I wasn't happy with the nurses and doctors and their decision.... He had pneumonia!!..... All 4 visits were anything from 4 to 6 hours of waiting..... And we are back here today . ...
We have been to the Hawera Hospital Emergency Department today with our sick young child, we could understand the long wait of many hours being weekend, however, the service we received from the Nurses and Doctor were unaccceptable! We were astonished with the service, they were very rude and treated with disrespect and we thought for a minute that, are we even in New Zealand? We are from other city of New Zealand and new to Hawera, after today’s visit to Hawera DHB we regret our decision of moving here. We are writing this review hoping that someone will address this issue and bring change to the services in Hawera DHB.
