Great service for hydraulic hose repairs!
Context: We had an accident and bit the dust just 10 mins down the road from the small town of Ikamatua. Good ol mate Police Officer was nice enough to give me van a pink sticker and said - "You're only good to travel to Greymouth, anymore and you've got yourself a 600 fine" Lucky for him, the accident caused a tyre puncture so I couldn't drive far anyway. No tyre pressure inflator in sight in small Ikamatua. Was referred to Mark at Ikamatua Automotive by locals. Upon arrival we wete greeted by 2 adorable dogs and friendly guy Mark. The dude was busy up to his neck. He literally shared how far behind he was with work and yet still helped us. He changed our tyre, checked all tyre pressures, checked the vehicle and all free! Just held out his hand for a handshake and wished us the best. Mate is a true legend. I'll never forget this kindness.
If your in the greymouth district and have automotive troubles then you really should consider this as an option. The staff are very helpful and informative a quick phone call could save time and money. The prices seem very reasonable and the service was great with staff going the extra mile to majestic sure that I left satisfied and happy. I fully recommend this place to all my friends in the greymouth area.
We were having problems with our car, called them in the morning and they told us we can come on by and they would help us out. They fixed our car, and gave us advice on other issues we would have to fix in the future. Friendly, helpful and honest. Would recommend to a friend
