I got a lesson in communication from iLender, which I am going to embrace in my business going forward. The lesson: Get on the phone with your clients more often than you email them. It saves typing time going back and forth but, more importantly, you're showing the personal touch, coming across as an efficient business that gets things done. Thanks to Grant at iLender Mortgage Brokers. I cannot recommend them enough. Aside from the epic and timely communication, they got us a mortgage when others couldn't!
