This was the first time I bought a car from Ingham-sears and I cannot recommend Brad highly enough. Brad made me feel as if I was buying the most expensive car in the showroom (I wish!) and made sure that every part of the sales process went smoothly. The car was absolutely perfect when I came to collect it, sitting pride of place in the showroom with a bright red bow on it - nice touch! Brad's exceptional customer service is an absolute asset to the Ingham-sears brand. Thank you.

Only mercedes dealer in Tauranga with parts department. Usually have to get older mercedes parts imported and at a premium cost and the wait can be up to 2-3 weeks. May be better value to order your parts yourself from overseas. Very helpful and friendly lady at the parts counter.
These 5 stars goes to Josie and Cam. Josie is the most lovely person with the biggest smile soon as you walk through the doors. She's very helpful and do care about you and your car. The reason I keep coming back.

I purchased a used Audi from Ingham-Sears and the customer care was exemplary. I live in Auckland and purchased online, sight unseen. I traveled down to collect and the vehicle was just as described. The vehicle was newly serviced but one service item done only every 3 years got overlooked. The team at Ingham-Sears saw that it got taken care of in Auckland - no quibbles, no fuss. That's the mark of a good dealership and I'll use them again with confidence... and finally a big thanks to Brad for his professionalism.

I have had the new ultimate experience with the Ingham Sears team. Not the first. They are totally honest and have forethought for details for the full Mercedes experience.I purchased a brand new Mercedes E 63s AMG. I am from Wellington and it was totally worth it for the flight up to Tauranga and to have a delivery of car by my own road trip to Wellington. Great machine. Well done for the respectful and devoted dedication to Mercedes product. But they were in Wellington. Well done team. I have many friends with Mercedes and we all discuss our experience.
