Waste of time calling to speak to a human, answer phone always says too busy & then cuts off. Sent an email & the response said they endeavor to answer my request within 15 working days! That's a '0' for customer service. Management scimping on staff levels & no doubt putting those that are working there under so much pressure they don't last long.
