An exceptional craftsman who has restored numerous genuine antique and vintage pieces for me back to their former glory at a fantastic price. He uses time honored techniques honed over thirty years. Impeccable manners and prompt delivery. I am so impressed with the handcrafted links he made to restore my 1869 Fob chain. Even pieces that no other jeweler could fix have been saved. Honest and highly skilled I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful jeweler.

I couldn’t believe the rude treatment I received at asking the proprietor of Innes Jewellers whom I have been dealing with for over 20 years. I went in a distressed state asking for advice on my damaged Longine watch that went through the washing machine. He quoted me and basically threw it back at me in an abrupt manor saying it wasn’t worth fixing. Little did he know I was quite prepared to pay due to the sentimental attachment to the watch. I went to Milford Watch Repairs and was treated with respect and paid the same amount Innes quoted me. I felt quite affronted as I had been a customer for years. Never will I put my foot through their doors again!
