Innovate Change was a New Zealand based social change agency that was started in 2011 by Simon Harger-Forde. The organisation used the creative and participatory approaches of social innovation to build social connectedness to enable youth development, whānau (family) development and positive ageing. Innovate Change completed over 50 projects and started a number of social change ventures in its seven year history. Innovate Change merged with Innovation Unit on 30 June 2018 and the Innovate Change brand has been discontinued.
