We arrived at bus well before time and the driver was aggressive telling us he likes people there early. When I asked him not to be agro he gave me a lecture. Where is customer service gone in kerikeri especially nz.

Needs more seats to sit on outside, still hasn't changed over the 25yrs or so ive been using intercity... need more variety of food places available...

Dark, cold and packed with people unsure about were is? Or unware of what is? We as people need a warm, comfortable place where we can get together as a family or friends with warmth from a City that is Dark, Damp and people should be acknowledged. Because I am a local Maori from the 70s, 80s and I see that there is plenty of room for change in my Auckland City. Although I travel a lot from Auckland to Wellington quite frequently, 3 times a month. And I see no charge in this system outside of Intercity complex. So I call it how I see it??? Acknowledge it Intercity.

Great trip on the intercity bus from Hamilton to Auckland. The bus was delayed waiting for someone from a connecting bus from Tauranga and Kelly keep us informed as to what was happening. The bus was very comfortable and clean and it was easy to connect to WIFI. A very enjoyable trip.

I recently took a short trip from Sky City to Katikati. The drivers were both polite (they changed in Thames) the coach had aircon, was clean and comfy. It was my first trip on Intercity in many years. We ended up a good 40 mins behind schedule which is pretty much how I remember Intercity in the old days but what really got to me was 2 cyclists who joined us at Thames, they tossed aside some of the luggage (I found mine upside down when I got off, glad I had nothing breakable this trip) to get their bikes in and then they ignored the directive to wear a mask. I guess they thought they were somehow exempt. It makes a mockery of the rest of us. Either we all follow the rules or there's no point any of us doing it. Otherwise, thanks Intercity for getting me where I needed to go. I'd be happy to use them again sometime.
