Small airport, but does the trick. Limited food at the cafe and a bit pricey. Staff at the thrifty rental counter was really friendly and helpful. Quick baggage retrieval.

Large airport . Lots of space .very good Cafe and very clean toilets. Flights to other areas in Nz leave from here plus those to Stewart Island. Good walk close by but no trail from airport.

The airport is very small. Very helpful people. But when it came to sitting for a cuppa in cafe I was a little bit annoyed. I had to clean my own table and I noticed the other tables were not getting cleaned after removing dirty dishes. Not good enough

Excellent security We were searched and told to take off shoes, belts and even my bag was searched. I felt safe and the staff were organised. Everyone kept their distance from each other. Most of all, I got to meet my partners family. Tour of Bluff. Beautiful outlook and everything I expected. I Love NZ!

Great 4 visits to this regional airport. First, arriving for the first time from home. Quick and easy process to collect luggage. Second and third, to fly to and from Stewart Island, very easy to negotiate the required procedures. Fourth, was for heading home, again very easy. Both airlines with friendly capable staff. A problem today with printing boarding passes, no worries, "Let me help." From the air hostess. The terminal car parks are spacious and easy to navigate. While the terminal facilities are more than adequate, clean airy and spacious. Reasonable priced hot drinks and food. 4 great experiences.

Needed a wheelchair, had top care from everyone involved. Good flights to and from Stewart Island.
