Great service. Scott was very patient with my queries and helped me getting my choice of Subwoofer easily. He managed to organize the Subwoofer in 3 days & delivered to my place next day. Thank you for all your help Scott. You are a legend!!

Great service had a unit installed had to take it back next day as radio was cutting in and out Scott took the unit back out and checked everything only to find out is aerial issue but he then sorted my phone to the unit thanks Scott for taking extra time to sort out the problem

Do not use these guys installed the wrong stereo was really crooked asked him to put the one in that I picked first. Have had endless trouble .sick of going back .the same day he installed an alarm after a week a control box dropped down under my brake pedal nearly crashed.he said that's weird I'm sure I fixed that in . Careless and amature.

Terrible customer service, and spoke to me in a bullying and threatening manner when I was trying to discuss issues - so much so that I couldn't bring myself to go to small claims to resolve as the idea of being in the same room as him again makes me feel ill. Despite explaining carefully what I wanted, and being prepared to spend the involved, he supplied and fitted something that does not work as I asked for, charged almost 900 for a result I could have got using aftermarket 75 equipment (but didn't, because it didn't work the way I needed), and means I can't add the extra equipment I need. Additionally he mistakenly overcharged on my original payment yet failed to refund as promised. While trying to discuss issue, walked out when I was trying to find a way to get the result I had originally asked for. Neither he (or another staff member) ever got in touch to refund the overcharge, try to continue to resolve or apologise for behaviour.
