A Heritage Building that is now used by the Invercargill Rock n Roll Club. The Halls frontage has a Memorial Roll of Honour dedicated to those who served in the First World War. Relatively good condition. The hall was built at the terminus of the Tramline. The hall being built of brick and the Facade being Compressed brick with cement facings.
