It's been some time but have wanted to write this review. This company is amazing. I called them and asked them to deliver loads of flowers to my grandmother to make her feel better. I said please make her feel like a million dollars. WELL all I can say is my grandmothers response was is it my funeral cos of how many flowers arrived. They added so many special details too. Chocolates biscuits and more This made her feel special and for that I will always be grateful. Also I called form overseas and they were so understanding and helpful the lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful. I want to thank you so much for your help and delivering such beautiful flowers. You guys rock. If you want flowers with a personal touch delivered then this is the place to go.

Beautifully handwritten card, flowers were exactly as I asked for, amazingly wrapped and protected and plenty of water, delivered way before I expected as it was Mothers days and my Mum was over the moon!! I'm so thrilled I found you as it's hard when I'm in Australia and she is in NZ. I will be using Windsor Florist every occasion I can. Can't recommend highly enough. Rated in my top 3 customer service experiences of my life!! No exaggeration.

Fabulous service. Ordered flowers from Christchurch to be delivered to Invercargill Hospital, I wasn't sure of the ward as the individual was still being transferred - Windsor went to the trouble to ring and ensure she had arrived and that the flowers would be able to be delivered to her. The flowers were delivered within 3.5hrs of being ordered. Would HIGHLY recommend.

What amazing service!! Order my flowers at 9.20am and it was delivered by 11am. Caren keep me updated by email at every opportunity throughout the process so I knew exactly what was happening with my order. From a purchaser perspective, it was exceptional service.
