My order was delivered with two days of it being placed and wrapped so lovingly (they even included dried flowers and a 5 off coupon in the package which I thought it as lovely!). My only issue would be that A LOT of plastic (bubble wrap) was used, and I think there could have been a better way to secure my candles, however I also acknowledge this is probably the easiest option for a small business so it’s not major enough to knock down the rating. Overall, a very positive experience ordering from here - can’t wait for my next purchase!

These guys are so awesome to deal with! I brought an item that arrived broken despite being well wrapped and they found me another and sent it right away untill the item arrived in one piece. Was so happy because it was an item for my wedding that we really loved and needed. Communication was awesome and they were super friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that it all worked out!

Superfast delivery and excellent packaging. Really happy to get this particular diffuser as this scent (my favourite) seems to have been discontinued now. Great service.

These traing pants are a life saver! I have a 3 year old who refuses to wear a nappy, but does wet the bed maybe once or twice a week. He is happy to wear 'knickers' and they hold enough to not wake him up wet. A big thumbs up from me.

The website had false and misleading photos for the product they called Drosera being the botanical name for sundew plants which is A type of coniferous plant Photo of the product was of the plant But not of the actual product They were selling I searched for "drosera" sundew plants I am extremely dyslexic and I was relying on the company having accurate photos of their products not misleading ones If they had in clued a picture of the actual product they would’ve been no confusion about what they were selling
