Phenomenal Service. We run a Videography business and I needed our laptop fixed as fast as possible. 10 hours is pretty spectacular. Richard is so lovely to deal with as well. I highly recommend his service.

I called Richard earlier today because my laptop wouldn't power up. After a couple of questions he said "Bring her down" so I did. He instantly determined where the problem was, replaced the dud component and had me out of the place less than 15 minutes after I arrived and with a pleasantly small bill. This was way better and weeks faster than if I had shipped my PC off to Toshiba to be taken care of. I heartily recommend this business.

I am so pleased I used Richard for my laptop issues. A few words from me describing the problems, and he knew what was the issue and how to fix it. While making suggestions on ways to improve my system and guard against future problems, I did not feel in least bit pressured to accept one suggestion over another. He offered options, ensured I knew the details of each one including costs, and left me to make the final decision - although who wouldn't accept an expert's solution! Great service and honest advice which is always appreciated! My laptop was over heating and Richard spent alot of time to find a new part. Sadly they don't make this part anymore so he gave me honest advice and charged me a minimum fee, he could have charged me much more but didn't and he said he would help me get a new laptop. I have already recommend their services to other people, great job!
