The owner is unorganised and poor administration for customer. Her failings in admin has devalued the business. Customers should not have to chase up an order!..and then help the owner find that order for her! Huge disappointment.
Great service and easy to deal with. Used JAE Carpet Cleaning to clean and neutralise the carpets before introducing my cat to our new home which had been a dog's home previously - they did a brilliant job.
