We were the only people in the showroom. We walked in, we said hi and they told use what we were looking for was on the back wall. We were there for 15-20mins, maybe longer?and no one came and helped us at all. Two ladies just sat talking at the counter. We purposely drove 40mins from east Auckland to come and look for a new kitchen top. Willing to spend 8k or so. You've just lost 8k worth of sales because of your poor customer service. We went to another store which was much more high end and they treated us with respect. Will take our business there.
Rude people don't even say hello or come and help you and very expensive prices
Super cheap but still have the style we wanted. Highly recommended for saving money and being able to spend it on other items in the bathroom.
Was going to buy something but after ringing you we won't be. The person on the phone was not helpful and even though they tried didn't understand what we wanted.
