Good equipment but I had terrible experience dealing with one of the customer service representatives. That person lacks any training and was the only reason for me terminating my contract with Jetts. The other thing I didn’t like about jetts is they manage payment through a collection partner and if you need to discuss anything they simply ask you (sometimes arrogantly) to go and dispute the issue with their partner, why should I be engaged with a 3rd party that I didn’t choose to deal with? Lastly is the prices, Jetts charges more than other gyms, I personally don’t see any reason to justify this specially when it comes for customer service.
