Excellent outfit, clear communication. Were able to turn around a laser engraving job basically overnight to get us out of a bind. Will absolutely recommend and will absolutely be going back.
Customer service needs to improve. This company has been in Dunedin for a long time, hence a sense of arrogance in the part of the owner. I only go to them because of their location which is close to where I work. But I decided one day I've had enough and went to another place even if it was further. I was treated so much better.
