I bought a Panasonic S5 on finance from this particular store. I live in Queenstown so I had to deal with everything on the phone. It was a struggle as I needed to get the documents in before the Christmas sale ended and they were most helpful. I actually had a small problem with the camera. It had a dead pixel on the display (obviously not a Biggie but I was reading forum's and it can decrease the value of your camera, and I didn't want that with a new product) this was obviously a Panasonic issue. I sent the camera back to photo warehouse in Dunedin and spoke with Russel who was very understanding on the phone and extremely helpful. I was issued a new camera body fairly quickly and it was shipped back to me next day delivery. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience as I ventured into the mirror less camera market from just a Sony rx100m4. I'll be sure to pop in the store next time I'm in Dunedin.

You can tell everyone associated with Jonathan's loves photography. I must have spent 30 minutes asking every individual working here questions about lenses and possible options for me. Everyone was patient and informative, on top of that Jonathan had a lens overnight shipped from Christchurch & then hand delivered it to me in Invercargill. I can't speak highly enough of this shop and it's people.
Jonathan & the team were superb to deal with! We recently purchased a new Canon mirrorless camera from Jonathan's Photo Warehouse and all communications right from the very first phone call with Jonathan through to trading in some gear in store was impeccable. They went the extra mile for us and we can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, professional camera store. I would definitely check the other shops first! Better prices and better staff attitudes! Honestly, I've had mixed interactions with the staff at this location. The first time I went to this shop to buy a camera bag, the staff member was very nice and clearly explained to me everything. The second time, another staff member was fairly rude even seemed annoyed at me asking questions. Quite rude. There are other better shops around!
