When we had our first meeting for a quote Alex was on time, extremely informative and answered all my questions, we were so impressed we decided to go with them for our heat pump install. Turn around was super quick and they worked with us for a time that would suit us for the install. The team that came were all super friendly, did an excellent job the install was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves which was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We found Judd Refrigeration very good to deal with, Alex came down, advised us of our options and within a very short time our Diakin heat pump was installed. We were very happy with the staff who installed the heat pump. They cleaned up, very friendly and a credit to the company. We would definitely highly recommend Judd Refrigeration.
When we found out about the gov't subsidised heating we sent inquiries to three different companies and all responded but without hesitation we chose Judd. The other two wanted us to ring them for more information but Judd rang us straight away so they could visit our house for a free quote. Their prompt response and professionalism is highly commendable which we really liked. Alex and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Great communication and we didn't have to wait for ages for installation. Just the other week a lady posted in fb asking about the gov't subsidised heatpump and she's using a different company. She's been waiting for 2 months and still it's not installed. With Judd, we only waited for 3 weeks and the guys did an amazing job. Great team and company!

This company is the best to get heatpumps from no doubt!! I initially got a quote done from energy smart & this was going to take 19 weeks (or more) to get an install done... so i contacted Judd refrigeration to see if they could do it any earlier... WELL I was blown away to say the least... I got a quote the next day and had my install within a few weeks, they completely worked around us as we were renovating and did it in the steps we required (which meant they came back multiple times!). Alex was super professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable when doing the quote and the team who did the instal were the same. I could not recommend this company enough (I have already to multiple people) i just rave about them! So thanks team, keep up the good work!!
