Always go to these guys because of the great staff. They never mind coming out to the parking lot to double check. Once, they even fitted the battery I had just bought! They couldn’t be more helpful. A trusted brand for me.

After asking for trade through my employers account, got charged retail. Rang repco hornby who said they would sort it and I had payed roughly 50 more than I should have. Tried to give them another chance and went back asked why I had payed retail, the guy behind the till supposedly checked the price and had a smug look on his face and grinned after saying that was the trade price. Repco hornby sorted out the issue. Try get some competent staff these ones seem more suited to pushing trolleys.
