Our car would not start and they were very helpful and accommodating. We had it towed to them but strangely it started once it was there. They were very helpful in suggesting what to do next. We were just passing through so we were very grateful for their help.

Really appreciate the guy who helped me out today. The car I rented had a bit problem as showing a yellow sign of engine on gauge which I wondered wouldn’t be a serious problem however the only motor shop in Kaikoura would like to take over my car is here. The guy in the shop phoned my rental car company to ensure they would pay the bill for repairing the car and solved the problem as well. Sorry I didn’t even ask your name but I will be grateful all the time.Thank you!
Me and my partner had been travelling in a camper van for several days and had an electrical fault that we’d just put up with and hadn’t bothered getting fixed. We just pulled up to our campsite at the Top 10 Holiday Park Kaikoura and noticed the companies yellow van parked up assisting the camper next to us. On the off chance we asked if the bloke could have a quick look at our van or offer some advice on the issue. Once he’d finished with the other camper he happily came and looked at our van. Luckily it was an easy on the spot fix which he carried out for us. We didn’t catch the guys name but he is an absolute legend and great to deal with. Sussed our van at short notice at gone 6pm and at a great price. Thanks again !

Jason and co took really really great care of us. The part we needed was ordered and delivered the next day. They made time to fit us first thing in the morning. They treated us like family in the sense that they gave us no pressure advice about our car and the price was very fair. When it was discovered we also needed a new belt they made phone calls on our behalf and when that failed they had a chat to the guys next door and got us sorted that way. This is five star neighbourly service. Thank you guys so so much!
the two guys that helped us after we accidentally put the wrong fuel in our car were super nice and incredibly easy to talk to. they kept up conversation while they worked to help us out of our situation. they worked efficiently and were good with our dog despite all her barking. they even stayed open late to finish working on our car. they helped make a bad situation better (:
