Terrible! They didn't bother to go under the house to inspect the piles (even though there is easy access) or the obvious uneven floors. Subsequently they missed the fact that the house needs re-piling. This is despite multiple builders picking this up in under 1 minute during their inspections. Don't waste your time or money. They don't stand by anything they write in their reports. It's just waffle

Mat is the best inspector we ever used. Being a new construction, our brief is a bit different. Mat and his team took on the job with confidence, spend a great amount of time on site, produced a detailed report all within 3 days. The report is over 50 pages, with photos, detail explanations and recommendations on every finding. Mat also had a phone call with us to ensure we understand everything clearly. We will definitely be coming back to Mat for our next job between Auckland and the Far North. Highly recommend.
