They made an appointment 1-2pm of Wednesday they showed up late i had to take an hour out of my job to meet him. Then he argued with me that i should have stayed. If you can make your appointments you shouldn't be in business. Then he tells me good luck finding someone to fix your machine. what an absolute unprofessional company to deal with turning it around and making it my fault. News flash there are many more electrical company's out there like Berridge appliances. Good luck to you in the future you will need it with an attitude like that.

Fast friendly and got the job done
Keith might be the most knowledgeable service repair guy I've come across! Great job repairing rangehood, dishwasher and servicing industrial oven. Took the time to answer my questions and offered practical suggestions to avoid the same problems in future. Genuinely helpful team, I was grateful for the expertise and highly recommend.
Professional and efficient service from booking the call to electrician arriving in the allocated time slot. He resolved our induction hob issue on first visit.
A service man from this company left my oven on full temperature and left the property. When my husband arrived home the house was filled with thick smoke. If he had not arrived home, our house would have burned down. When my husband contacted the company regarding this, the owner of the company only asked the service man to ring my husband to apologise. No further follow up was made by the company, and we were still billed full price despite the near burning down and smoke damage to our house hold material items. Communication and follow through of job completion from this company was poor, where I had to make contact multiple times to ask for the same job to be completed. When one was completed, another was created in the process and we had to wait some time for it to then be fixed. An invoice was sent saying they had not received payment of my invoice, when in fact this was the first invoice I had received. When I explained this, it was argued that they had sent 3 precious invoices via email - which was not correct. I checked all of my inboxes and junk mailboxes thoroughly. All around bad communication and an unprofessional company.
Great staff. Went out of their way to help us and as a result would recommend them to anyone. They have fantastic customer service values.
