My Husband and I found dealing with Mark and his Team to be very professional, friendly and competitively priced. We could pick from a range of heat pump brands and models. Mark advised us what would be the best Unit and model for what we wanted to achieve. Trades where friendly and cleaned up after they had finished. Great job done guys and Thanks.

As a person who deals with consultants on a regular basis, Kenzie Air is by far the worse company I have ever come across. The Manager / Owner Mark MacKenzie will not only take your money he will completely neglect his obligations to finish what has been promised / paid for. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

This guy is an absolute scam artist. After paying Mark Mackenzie over 11,000 (March 2018) to install our ducted system Mark half installed the system leaving us without parts we had paid for promising to deliver these at another date. He has avoided all calls, all messages, all emails and the few he has responded to he’s been rude and totally unhelpful not to mentioned disrespectful. Mark has literally made us beg him to come back and finish the job and for nothing, we are now without our remaining products, vents in our house and our money. Makes me sick to think we have referred him two clients who have had systems installed. He has stalled our build and caused an enormous amount of stress within our young family. Shame on you Mark.

Mark installed a new heat pump/aircon after our old one failed during the heat wave. The new one works like a treat and has a 7 day timer which is great for the office so I don't waste power on the weekend. The installation was efficient.
