I visited to address a Health & Safety hazard - an open door enabling pedestrian access (a toddler could...) to a water treatment plant switching system with easy public access, and open to weather and rain. Service disconnection could be imminent. The phone number on the "box" directed me to an answer phone. Another phone number visible 6m away was no longer in service. The FNDC counter person seemed unfazed by the range of risks/possibilities - in spite of photo evidence of the open electrical hazard at ground level, and my two ineffectual phone calls. He proceeded to call his 'service centre'. Hmmm...
