Because their policy of “no returns after 7 days” it has made it to hard to buy prezzies at this store for our children & grandchildren who live in Auck. It’s impossible to purchase a present, post to them in Auck before their birthday and get back (if they don’t fit etc) all within 7 days. Shame as we like this shop.

First time in my life I saw a skateshop where the staff doesn't know put a grip in a deck. Result, I can't skate cause I got just one hand available for the moment.
Friendly staff, quality clothes and shoes... really enjoyed the shopping experience there. Fair price tag too.
The staff team at high voltage are always so friendly and offer their help if needed. They know their stock and always help find what you need, especially when shopping for someone else. I would definitely recommend this surf shop.

Don't know what upset the above review but defiantly have not had that experience. Have always found all the Voltage team very helpful. They know their stock and are great when buying gifts for others.
Don't go to this shop service is bad blonde old lady and workers there talk about the way you look and walk and sound rudely and its not right it's shameful rude degrading behavior never going back...
Bought a wetsuit, very helpful and friendly!
