Slowest fast food I've ever been too. You really get the feeling the staff just don't want to be there. The food is gross and sloppy, really puts me of KFC altogether

Place was quiet no other customers yet they couldn't be bothered to keep an clean cashier area. Sat down had lunch left 20 minuts later still not cleaned down.
We were in your Alexandra store on Friday night 19 February, following the Highlanders game - about 8pm. As you can imagine, there were a lot of people in the store, but the young man on the front counter was terrific. Calm and efficient, and dealing with hungry people, he did a great job.
A very poor experience. No gloves worn by server while preparing and packing my order. The plastic sceen makes it impossible to hear staff who are fluent in mumble. The food was acceptable.
Long lines on weekends, even the drive thru.
9pm on a Saturday. Looked clean. Very friendly, polite customer service woman. The food was cooked just right.
Delicious the rugby pack was excellent for the children good variety and value for money.
