We only got chips and a drink for a quick snack to take with us but were very unimpressed with what we got, old dried up chips that look as if they had been sitting all morning. By the time we started to eat them we were on our way home to Palmy so wasn't going to turn around and take the back. WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE.

The food is great but service instore is very poor. When I spoke to manager about it,.. He justified the lack of instore service as staff away that day,.. Sadly each instore visit in the weeks prior showed the same poor instore service.. However the drive through was efficient and excellent!. So don't go inside to order and wait up to 1/2 an hour. Stay in your car and drive through..

After having to wait 10 minutes in the car park after being told "2 minute wait" and still getting the old burgers with soggy buns and day old lettuce. And being blocked in the car park by the delivery truck. Terrible.

Great service, even at a later hour. Disappointed that KFC don't sell milkshakes though.
