There was no wicked wings or popcorn chicken or lettuce. Drinks were only half full and a long wait time for our order! Not the 1st time they have run out of cooked goods 2hrs before closing! Last time i went there was no chicken at all! Only thing they could offer was gravy, not potato and gravy and drinks... not a good experience.

Went for a family member, but they partake in cruelty. No different to any other takeaway venue. No vegan option.
Continue to be disappointed with the service & food! Forever running out of everything after 9pm (open till 10pm) don’t bother going because they’ll have no chicken or burgers. Always have to repeat my order when I get to the window & then again when they give it to be because there’s always something wrong or they are giving me items I never ordered Unfortunate as Hawera has very limited food options as it is & this KFC just takes the cake!
Best service from a KFC I have ever had... Consistently each time I call in over the last 10 years. Fast service (unusual for a KFC) and piping hot food. In, order, eat, out in 16minutes.
The food itself just the same as any other KFC. This branch usually runs out of cole slaw 2 days b4 new orders gets delivered. Service not too bad but can be better.
We waited in th drive thru queue for at least 3/4hour..good service from a young dude tho.
Chicken always cooked to perfection,would get 5 stars but was only allowed to order,1 order per car thru drive thru
We got KFC for dinner at work, order was accurate and delivered quickly, and tasted great.
