What was once the best KFC in Tauranga is now one of the worst. I recommend going down the road to Gate Pa KFC where the service and food are consistently better. The saving grace on this visit was the doughnuts - and they're just a short term promotion.

It wasn't very good. I asked for a dinner for 2 but they had no coleslaw. Then I got a value meal and the potato and gravy was just gravy, and didn't realise until I was halfway home as I stay in kawerau
Love the food and the service is good, I would give this 5 stars however I am mad that they removed the finger licking good slogan. Please be generous enough to put the slogan back up again please.
Busy busy busy! A slight mix up in the order but very quickly fixed with no fuss at all. I am so stuffed and satisfied now it is ridiculous.
The fries too soft and salty, must be old. Chicken not hot, a bit warm. I am here now at 3pm and didn’t eat anything from 8pm last night, I am so hungry but not feel ok at all. My husband is fan of KFC so we eat KFC every where we pass through but actually this place is worst.
Pretty standard KFC. Clean and tidy when we visited. Friendly polite staff.
Was served by Nate tonight and the reviews are correct, he's outstanding!! He goes the extra mile, he's enthusiastic and really friendly. Definitely an asset to this franchise. Oh yeah, the meal was good too.
Terrible service, came through the drive thru at night, took half an hour to get to the window only to be told they only had burgers and original chicken pieces and the woman at the window was very rude about it. Wouldn't exactly call it fast food.
