Normally I've enjoyed KFC from this outlet but the last visit with my family we decided we wont be going back The service was sloppy and the orders were missing a lot... 3 visits back to the counter for items that were forgotten spoons serviettes etc. etc. But the worse thing of the lot was the state of the bathrooms the sink areas were disgusting, not just recent mess but a buildup of grime that looked like it had been there for weeks and in the current climate totally unacceptable. KFC you failed and we will not be returning.

For a KFC this one is pretty good.
The guy at the counter was in a kind of rush, our table was completely dirty and the lady who gave me the order forgot to add the chocolate mousse I paid for. Completely disappointed We had on KFC the meal my husband ordered and I took mine home when a was 15 min away I noticed I was missing the dessert. I've never had this problem at Ashburton KFC.
I battle to understand how there is always a que and no service? You meant to be fast foods? Maybe have more people on duty at peak times?
Waited 30 minutes to get served, only one person in the counter was just atrocious, there were 15 people in line waiting
The food was fresh and hot when we came here in the evening. The restaurant was not cleaned at all while we were there. The tables were all dirty and had food crumbs all over the tables and chairs. We had to wipe these down. When i wanted to order something else i had to wave out to someone as no one was keeping an eye on the front counter. Need to keep up with cleanliness of the store
As travelling from out of town I found the toilets very dirty. The big kahuna burger not the same size as picture. Child's meal was fine. We don't stop often for take out food so was very disappointed with meal and surroundings.
