Very rude and unfriendly staff. All three staff were busy preparing order for the same customer which unfortunately turned out to be a meal for 2 people. Despite the place being not busy, the staff noticed me waiting to be served, heard my order and ignored me, instead they were busy preparing order for this customer and topping up the shelves with other goods such as ketchup. The staff needs customer service training.

They had bad customer service and the food wasn’t fresh and I wasn’t happy for their services on 7? Of may in 2021.but One girl had glass was very rude with orange hair
I avoid this store at all costs now. They honestly are tarnishing the KFC brand that so many people love. I've unfortunately had their food quite a few times through online ordering as you can't tell what store it is coming from until you've made payment. KFC Te Atutu is great but KFC westcity my heart just sinks if I see that name pop up, I feel like I instantly just threw 80 cash in the rubbish bin and while it's on route to be delivered I pray it's improved but it never does! So many times their chicken has been THAT bad I have binned it all after trying to eat a few inedible pieces. I wish management would change it all and get some solid advice from KFC te atatu management, operations and customer service! Please improve your store severely.

.Bought first time from there today, the meal included 8 pics chicken, 1 Coleslaw and 1 regular chips for 26. I also needed coleslaw so I added extra 1 and paid 27 in the ordering machine didnt recieved the receipt thought it would be ok. In recieving the meal I checked inside immediately there was no chips when asked the lady said that ' u did the replacement of the chips with coleslaw'. I said I paid an extra Dollar for coleslaw and she said that's just for the replacement. I was forced to by another chips for extra 5. Totally disappointed is this how they are robbing people? If I had the receipt I would have showed to her. I will never buy from there again.
Food was good but did not receive my 1.5ltr L&P with my dinner. Ask driver that there was no drink and he said to ring kfc westcity to get them to send it back out,but when I phoned they said that the driver is from a company they don't control and they cant re-deliver the drink but could give me a credit even that It wasn't from Uber Eats but ordered from the KFC sight. I said I used the delivery service because I can't drive for the next 3 months due to my operation but still said only store credit would apply. Very very disappointed
