ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL WENT TO THE SHOWROOM AND THOUGHT WE HAD ORGANISED SOMEBODY TO COME OUT AND REDESIGN OUR KITCHEN THEN WE RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE ASKING HEAPS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HOUSE,WHAT AREA WE LIVE IN ,ARE WE THINKING OF SELLING ETC,I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION KITCHEN DESIGNERS/REMODELLERS CAME TO YOUR HOUSE AND DISCUSSED THE CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS ETC OBVIOUSLY THESE PEOPLE CANT BE BOTHERED SO ILL BE AVOIDING THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE AND ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE SHAME I COULDNT GIVE THEM NO STARS AS THEY DONT DESERVE THE ONE THEY GOT

We have had a great experience working with Matthew and the Kitchen Studio team. Our project spanned into years as we needed to complete a renovation first. Matthew was always patient with our shifting timing and all our questions. The customer service from all the staff was excellent. We had lockdown in our fit-out process. The kitchen was made usable and easily completed once trades people were able to work again.We are thrilled with our kitchen. It functions well and looks great too.

The design service we received was fantastic and the process was really easy. From then on we found the customer service to be not so great and communication was shocking. We had missing pieces, lots of different stories, issues with the finish and I had to keep following up. I probably wouldn't use Kitchen Studio again.
