Great experience, friendly and courteous staff willing to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable and safe. Overall an extremely professional setting and clean envionrment! Would definitely recommend! When the time comes Ken I'll be coming to you!!

I cannot praise everyone at KM Surgical highly enough! From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, they’re all so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Ken is a charming man who did a beautiful job!

From the moment I began communication to the treatment I was in great hands. Doctor Tom was wonderful, giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and the treatment was very professional. GPs had told me not to bother doing anything as I needed surgery but that was not the case at all. So very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

Went in with some issues on my face today - was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews here, but was welcomed to friendly reception, clean waiting room/bathroom/building. I had a consultation with Dr Martin and it went very well, I was able to ask all my questions without feeling like I was being silly or annoying. Also came to a conclusion on how to proceed, and was advised there are more alternatives if this route didn't work. Left feeling like I had the information I needed to begin tackling my skin issue. Great service overall, and based on my experience this time I would recommend to others.

I review everywhere before I interact with businesses .... how many companies actually care enough about their customers and brand to respond to google reviews.... almost none! So any company willing to take the time to care about feedback from customers clearly has a customer centric ethic. I am ignoring 1 star ratings here and going by the word of mouth recommendations I have heard about KM Surgical.

Went to KM Surgical about four weeks ago as I had bad redness and some red veins. I had the KTP laser treatment and my veins have all gone ! This treatment is not painful and the staff knew what they were doing they were very knowledgeable. I’m going back to have a few more different treatments in a few weeks to have my acne scarring treated!

Wow what an amazing place! I recently had both a mole check with a dermatologist and a treatment with one of the nurses. Both staff members were extremely professional and so friendly. They explained step by step what they were doing to put me at ease. I would highly recommend KM Surgical
