I took my weed eater in because it was leaking fuel through the grommet, which was all that needed replacing. I Was phoned days later and told it wouldn't start so I went and collected it from the kumeu store. Got home and started it. I phoned the shop to explain it started to be told I have no clue how to use it, being a female. I will NEVER endorse your company, nor reccomend you to any one I know. The way Paul handled the situation was unprofessional and rude. I am disgusted with your staff's attitude.
