We bought our caravan from Paul, sight unseen, due to Auckland being in lockdown. He did a fantastic video for us so we could see everything before we picked it up and added some extras that we wanted. He answered all our many questions honestly and with great knowledge. We purchased an Eldis Crusader a few months back and couldn’t be happier with the purchase and have recommended to others. Paul is super friendly and easy to deal with. We had a couple little teething issues and Paul went out of his way to help no questions asked, even when he probably didn’t need to. Highly recommend, you won’t go wrong.
After looking around for a year or so, I went to see Paul at Leisure Imports and his advice and knowledge was bang on. My wife and I chose a very tidy 9 year old van, that was as good as new. Not only did we buy the caravan but we got Paul to do everything that was needed to be fully self contained. This exercise was also done in an efficient and speedy manner. We planned to import a new caravan from UK. Then we found Paul van Bruggen on the internet. His feedback looked very good so we decided to contact him. When meeting up with him, Paul told us that for the money we wanted to spend on a caravan, he could get us a brand new caravan. We decided to use his expertise and are very happy we did so.
