We purchased a car from there 13 months prior to our issue which turned out to be the diesel Valve in the fuel pump of our 2015 Ford Terrirorty which needed replacing, we were without a car during covid level 3 and 4. The guy my partner dealt with was good but the manager/owner I believe said they we would need to pay for the part and not labour which stil Sounded very expensive at 1800 to get it fixed. Our car was 30,000 and we had only done 13,000km approx in 13 months, we didn’t believe we should be paying for this but had no Choice but to fix it as we have five kids and needed the car so had to send it on a tow truck to Levin. I believe we may have a case so am getting legal advice and hope to take it to a disputes tribunal.
